The minute I walked into the office I realized I had made the right choice.I was greeted and asked to fill out the usual info. I then met a staff member to discuss what I was interested in. Dr. Pillersdorf, came in, introduced himself, smiled, and made me feel very comfortable. He asked about my health and actually examined me. We discussed different options, and I never felt pressured. He told me about loving what he does, and that his wife of 42 years had passed from Pancreatic Cancer, and she told him to continue to do what you love, taking care of patients. His experience in the field is incredible. He was elected President of the Florida Medical Association and is the current President of the Palm Beach County Society of Plastic Surgeons. I am truly impressed.

No problem with Dr Pillowsdorf but can not recommend him because of incompetence of office staff. Called 5 times, never received a return call back, until after I cancelled surgery. Finally spoke with office manager who was the one who never returned calls. They said they were waiting for insurance info. I said I would self pay! This was for a precancerous lesion! Would never use this office because if I had this much trouble prior to surgery I could only imagine what would happen if I had a problem post surgery.

I have lost over 300 pounds, Dr pillersdorf did a mamoplasty without removing the nipple. My life has changed even more , when he removed 6 + pounds off my breasts! The staff is wonderful, friendly. I am going to have brachiplasty next! Brilliant doctor! Highly recommend! D.M.

Dr Pillersdorf is a fantastic surgeon, however, out of 7 appointments in his office within the past 18 months, I have never been seen on time. He was late to my actual scheduled surgery as well, and the operating pre and post operative staff said this is his normal behavior - always running late. During the past 7 outpatient visits, it did not matter if I showed up for my appointment 15 minutes early or at the time of the appointment. I always waited in the patient waiting area, or in a clinic room anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes beyond my appointment time to be seen by Dr P. More frequently it was closer to 30-45 minutes before being seen by the doctor. As a full time working healthcare professional, my time is extremely valuable. I cannot afford to sit around and wait for office admin, or clinical staff to process my check in or to be seen by a healthcare provider. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I believe the office manager should look into patient… wait times and adjust Dr. P's, or his assistants schedules accordingly. Until then, I am highly reluctant to ever visit Dr. Pillersdorf again.

I was referred to him by a friend that had been to him... He made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation.

It was 14 years ago he treated my son. We were so impressed by him and his staff.They took the time to really care.

A true genius!!! I been to them all in south fl and NY Dr Pillersdorf is the best!!!

If you make an appt., be prepared to bring a lot of reading material. He always runs about 2 hours late.

I used him for a face lift and had so many people say they have never seen such a wonderful and natural look. It has lasted 12 years and some say I don't need any tweeking, it is best to do it before you really need it and would go no where but to him. Excellent work and will not do what is not needed. So kind and caring and honest as is his entire staff. I met people who had surgery with him after accidents and had to have their entire face redone. He used pictures to go by, and they looked exactly as they had looked in the past.
