Dr. Alan John Anthony Pitt, MD

My entire family has been going to Dr Pitt for their routine skin check ups for years and has always received exceptional medical care. He’s very patient, thorough and never pushes unnecessary treatment for my boys. In years past, other dermatologists would see a mole and immediately remove it for an astronomical amount, which was our entire insurance deductible. Dr. Pitt communicates his examination findings and tells us what to watch for and any areas of concern. He is very kind and professional, and his treatment plan is always conservative. I wouldn’t trust any other Dermatologist to treat my large family.

Scheduled appointment was a two month wait.

I was never contacted after my initial visit. The tech did take a skin sample and I heard nothing. The perscription was filled and used. Did not work at all. When I called back for my follow up appointment, the scheduling person had no idea what I needed to be seen for. He said just come in and we'll figure it out. Kinda of expensive to wing it in my opinion. I felt more like a paying customer than a valued patient.
