Dr. Alan K. Rashid, MD

We saw Dr. Rashid over the weekend at after hours care with an 11 month old with possible flu or RSV. He did absolutely nothing! He acted as if he didn't even want to touch my child. Hardly listed to her lungs and really didn't seem to give a flip about what I was saying. I felt as if maybe we got this treatment because ARC is not our actual doctor but come to find out a friend was there at the same time and was treated the same way. I almost asked him if he was even a real doctor! She was later seen at her regular doctor who squeezed us in and prescribed albuterol nebs for wheezing and later ended up at urgent Care. Thank you Dr. Rashid for spending the quality time you should as a doctor to actually look at my baby. Will never be back to this clinic...maybe after this review you will change your bedside manner just a tad.

Dr. Rashid is patient, kind and always takes care of our son. He is understanding to his specific needs and very much cares about making him comfortable. We are a military family and I will be very sad about leaving the area because we have to leave such a wonderful doctor.
