For 5 years my child received allergy shots every 6 weeks - for all the regular things and one unusual thing. NONE of the allergies were "cured". One to cats lessened IF she was SURE to keep up her Zycam AND asthma medicine EVERY DAY. One slip, and DAYS of runny nose, red eyes, coughing - your aware I'm sure. And the Unusual food allergy continues to become more sensitive. But the absolute WORST thing about Dr. ALAN Redding is to come. My daughter out grew her pediatric pulmonologist which dropped her like a hot potato in one phone call. Dr. Alan Redding said he would take over her asthma care, no problem, and was the "regular, nice, approachable, guy" as he had always been before . That is before we stopped getting allergy shots from them regularly. When we went in for the first "Asthma only" visit for a check up, (he had monitored it throughout the past 5-6 years as it was), he gave her the standard tests for asthma. Well, it was summer (my daughter's is a hair from DEADLY in Fall… and winter), AND she was taking her maintenance medication, ALONG with her antihistamine sine the allergies weren't cured, and she tased the asthma tests. So, any one with half a brain will get the stupidity that is to follow, since she passed the test taken then and there - not having an attach and breathing fine BECAUSE OF THE MEDICATION HE HIMSELF HAD PREVIOUSLY PRESCRIBED, he refuse to even acknowledge that she had asthma. He didn't say that to our faces, he just said she passed her tests. Duh. That's GOOD. The medicine is working under normal conditions. So when we called for a refill on her prescriptions, he said that he would not fill them because her chart indicated she did not have asthma due to her testing results. What a "donkey". He should be so ashamed. I relayed this, AND more to his secretary (GREAT lady) and asked her to PLEASE pass it along because it was in now way directed towards her. I should NEVER continued to go there when the shot weren't working. But so many people told me that BASED ON THEIR PERSONAL EXPERIENCES, if you continue a regular treatment for 5 years, your allergies will be GONE. So many people told me this! I was a fool. Go somewhere else, and switch until u start seeing marked results. Maybe even find out off the web what you should be seeing at each time interval. Good Luck.

Hands down one of the good doctors out there. He was upfront with me a very knowledgeable! The staff was amazing!!! Would refer anyone to this office!

Dr. Alan Redding surprised me because of his genuine concern about my condition and efforts to lessen my worry about all areas of recovery. His follow-up was very thoughtful and covered every part of my visit. Most importantly, Dr. Alan Redding is FUN to talk to and discuss current events with! Wish I thought I'd need an allergist again!
