Great visit from start to finish. Staff is friendly and attentive. Dr. Alan was thorough and professional and made me feel at ease. Explained everything in detail as well and had a plan of action. Appointment started on time and felt like I was listened to and not rushed out.

I saw Dr. Shih for a consultation and was very pleased with his care and concern for my issues. He was able to give me a true picture of a procedure I may need, and made me well aware of the procedure, recovery and outcomes. He made me feel very comfortable discussing my concerns.

I have known Dr. Alan for decades and have followed him to a couple of practices first for my daughter with congenital foot problems, then for myself with age-related foot problems. He and his office staff are warm and caring and do everything they can to keep me active and hiking. Dr. Alan always gives me options and allows me to make the final decision regarding my healthcare and I truly appreciate that!
