Dr. Alan M Singer, MD

I had three surgeries with Dr. Singer and found him totally professional with a great sense of humor. My toes were crossed and I had a severe bunion which was affecting my ability to walk. I put the surgery off for months because the first podiatrist told me I’d be on crutches and bedridden for three weeks. When my back began hurting because of my foot problem, I went to Dr. Singer. Dr. Singer told me I’d walk out of his office in a boot, no crutches, and I did.

I love going to see Dr Singer, he's so nice. When I go in my feet hurt from calluses, and hard toenails. By the timw I leave my feet feel great. No more pain. He's the best Dr!

Dr. Singer was nasty, aggressive, unprofessional and un-thorough. He didn't even touch my foot and somehow concluded that my problem "likely is what it is." I was shocked because I told him I was currently in pain. He essentially said he "could do this and that" but it wouldn't help. I told him he seemed negative and he then yelled at me, "NO NO NO...I'm just trying to be realistic." His tone was aggressive and it was very upsetting. When I asked if he was going to even check me out, he said, "yes...JESUS!" It was alarming. Horrible experience. I think when he realized I was upset, he started to be nicer. His nurse said he's that way because he's "a New Yorker" which is no excuse. I lived in NY and am not an a-hole. Don't waste your time. Go to another podiatrist. This one needs to retire and do us all a favor.

He is the best in Los Angles. And a real gentleman
