Dr. Alan George Stern

Dr Stern and his staff are so kind and knowledgeable!! They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and enjoy your visit. Their hygienist is the best!! It is a great atmosphere and an office I would definitely recommend.

Visiting Dr. Stern's dental office is an impressive experience. Dr. Stern and his wife Fran, are impeccable "hosts." Perhaps it is because they see dollar signs. After our initial appointment, at which time implants were discussed, I went to see a dental surgeon and my primary care physician. It was determined that dental implants were not an option for me. I called back Dr. Stern's office and spoke to Fran. I asked her about porcelain dentures, the type with the "buttons in the back," (a layman's term my previous dentist had used to describe real porcelain teeth). I felt ridiculed by her response to me. Apparently she did not understand what I was talking about and I asked her to have the dentist return my call. He never did. You never know what a "good" dentist or any other person is, until you have a problem or a misunderstanding. Then you see the real character of that person and how she or he resolves it. Sometimes husband/wife businesses do not do well because… miscommunication interferes with professionalism. A return call should have been made by the dentist.
