Dr. Alan Young Synn, MD

My doctor recommended Dr. Synn. I contacted the office and sent over the requested health information the receptionist said was required. However, after waiting a few days then leaving several messages over the following two weeks, the office never returned any of my calls.

When your cardiologist recommends a vascular surgeon, you are already prepared to have a pretty good experience, but with Dr. Synn, the experiences have been phenomenal. His office staff are very considerate and experienced. He, himself, is a consummate pro in his area. He's kept my husband running along when walking was even hard to do. He is very kind and very skilled.

I knew going into the surgery that I was not guaranteed the results I wanted . I had vericose vein ablation. I did not get good results, in fact I had worse symptoms than before the surgery. In a follow up appointment, I stated the surgery was not successful for me, and asked if there was anything else that could be done. Dr. Synn's response was that the surgery was successful, since the vein he wanted to ablate was ablated. He would not acknowledge that for me, this meant nothing. I will follow up with a Dr. at an office where they perform more vericose vein ablations than Dr. Synn's office.
