I was recently searching for a doctor, looking at 10 ideas on how to choose a doctor. No. 10 was to write a review of your own to help others searching for a doctor. I should have written this review years ago! Some years ago, I had a persistent pain in my upper back. Many family members' cancer diagnoses had me quite wary. I went to Dr. Yesner for a second opinion since my primary care physician gave me vague answers. Dr. Yesner's gently probing questions and knowledge of anatomy gave me a much clearer picture of my problem. He prudently ordered an ultrasound to verify his diagnosis. For a experienced analysis of your symptoms, I would highly recommend his services. P.S. Some may have come and gone since my visit, but I sense that his staff were dedicated to his practice. All were first rate. Professional and welcoming as well.

I was told he was like a Dr House, that he could figure out why I was so sick. I told him I had taken Levaquin for the Flu and become seriously weak for over a year. This was 2013. He was so rude I wish I had recorded it because it is just too shocking to believe. He verbally attacked me that I was just lazy and without so much as taking my blood pressure he was certain I was faking my symptoms. I told him that others I had read about were having bad reactions to Levaquin and he said, Levaquin is as safe as penicillin and he gives it out all the time. So obviously I left upset and hopeless. I had put so much faith that he might be the one to help me. Well fast forward to today and research Fluoroquinolones, ( those are the class of drugs like Levaquin and Cipro) and see for yourself how dangerous they are know to be. They have destroyed many lives. Dr. Yesner should put his giant God like ego aside and study new research.

I was told he is THE doc to have if you are really ill, but from my experience he is basically non existent if you are not! I had to remind him of mammo and dexi scan..........not thrilled at all with bedside manner, very gruff. I figured I could handle that but when he didn't even (almost not) touch me during exam beside hearbeat and breathing........well I guess I didn't feel he was interested. So I changed.

Excellent diagnostic skills, Fabulos doctor, don’t Let his tough exterior fool you, he is very compassionate.

I have been a patient of Dr. Yesner's for more than 30 years; my parents were his clients too. Dr. Yesner truly has "passion" for his profession--diagnosing and treating patient illness is his life-mission. He has more medical professionals: doctors & nurses as patients than any doctor I know. Hospital nurses have said that he is one of few physicians who read the client chart prior to going into to see the patient when hospitalized. Dr. Yesner is my life-line and I have complete trust in his diagnosis, treatment, and sincere compassion. His "doctoring" is his life's passion.
