Front staff is unprofessional. What front desk staff in a doctor’s office shout at a patient calling for an appointment because it’s was done over the phone instead of in person. Secondly, why does the front desk staff say I don’t want to come to the doctors office. The frequency of doctor visit was discussed by patient and doctor only, which tells me the doctor went and talked to the staff about it. Yeah, unprofessional.

New patient, Dr Silverstein was recommended to me by a nurse (at a different practice )

Dr Silverstein stands up for her patients even if it goes again the grain. She kept me from going into knee surgery with undiagnoised pneumonia. I would have been in serious trouble without her.

Dr. Silverstein is a caring doctor who respects her patients. I have been going to her for several years with several ongoing health issues. Options for treatment are always discussed and my opinion is respected. It is easy and quick to make an appointment (a wonderful office staff and nurses) and the waiting room time is usually not too long.
