I saw another review about how she was arrogant and rude, and I couldn’t believe it was the same person. I didn’t get that at all. I am a 33 year old female, and needed a root canal, but she was very kind and comforting. What stood out was when she was doing the numbing shots, she was saying “you’re going great! Wiggle your toes, almost done” and I found that very comforting. Coming off like she’s knows more, is likely because she does. She was educated and when I asked questions she said “that’s a great question” She was professional and kind and straight forward. All of these are traits I appreciate from a healthcare worker.

Dr. Alba and her staff are exellent. Thay are professional and they take the time to explain everything to us. I am vary happy with Dr. Alba staff and care.

This year I have seen dr.Alba Bilani at (Dental Associates) in Saint Paul Mn. The whole process was smooth and the results were extremely satisfying. I had a great experience. I will definitely be returning back for my future dental care needs becouse of Dr Alba and stuff. Highly recommended!

Extremely arrogant and rude. Also very unprofessional. She currently works at Smile Center in East St. Paul, now. A low-income dental office, where most patients receive medical assistance via the county, and most of them have mental health disabilities, IDD or children from low-income homes. Therefore she should be kind and understanding. Instead of rude and arrogant. If you’re going to be that arrogant, open your own clinic where you are the boss. Don’t go work where most of your patients need kindness and caring. I left there so angry about how I was being talked down to and treated like I was dumb, I was almost in tears. I called her manager first thing in the morning, who promised to make sure the higher ups knew the situation and she said they would be speaking to her. The amount of care I received from the manager was absolutely amazing and I will be shocked if she still has her job after speaking with her bosses. Do NOT book with this woman. She will make you feel the size of a… speck of dirt and treat you like crap, because she is the dentist and she went to school for that, so you know nothing. Little does she know I’m a straight A, honor roll student studying to become a drug addiction counselor. So I’m not as dumb as she seemed to think I was.
