Dr. Albert Douglas Chervenak, DO

This doctor is one of the best, his knowledge and caring of ones health goes far beyond many others. Actually, I think he is a brilliant doctor. His staff is more than friendly and accommodating whenever you are there. Normally never have to wait long to be seen and never makes you feel rushed, which is important to me.

Dr. Chervenak is ok. Always friendly but gets overwhelmed very easily. If you are there for more then one thing forget it. Gets flustered, forgets things, can't think and tells you to make another appointment. Staff is horrible. Billing lady messess up claims, she sends them to wrong insurance, then when you call, tells you its your fault you didn't fill out right paperwork after prevoiusly billing the right insurance for the past year. Also will not take debit card unless you spend more then $50. Tells you won't bill you, theres a bank acrossed the street go use ATM before we will give your sick child's rx to you. Wow all for a $10 co pay that I will of paid the next day. I'll be changing doctors.

I think Dr. Chervenak is a good doctor and seems very knowledgable. My only problem is that he does not have very friendly staff. They are professional, but very stiff and blank when it comes to dealing with patience at the desk. There is not much personality in the office. This actually made me consider finding another office even though he is a good doctor since I am used to offices that do actually have a personality.
