Dr. Albert Francis Deloskey, MD

Went to Dr. Deloskey for years and boy did he make me dread going to the doctor and never get myself in good health. I was diagnosed with a thyroid condition and my levels constantly fluctuated which kept causing weight gain. He would literally make the rudest comments and make me feel just terrible about myself and when I asked for a referral to see a specialist about my thyroid he questioned me why I would want to do that bc he can treat it. Well after about 10 years I transferred to another PCP which was also hard since Deloskeys staff is absolutely terrible as well but needless to say so glad I transferred bc it’s been 5 years now and I have lost 90 lbs and my health is in excellent condition since getting to a good doctor that actually cares, takes the time and refers me to specialists when needed. I actually enjoy going to the doctors now and walk out feeling great about myself rather than dreading and crying from seeing Deloskey. Don’t see him unless you want to feel like total… crap.

I was a patient of Deloskey's for many years. Year after year certain tests on my blood work kept coming back abnormal. He would always dismiss it as nothing to worry about. After 7 years of the same abnormal result I finally saw another doctor who diagnosed me with stage 3b kidney disease.This cannot be cured and only gets worse with time. My advise find another doctor who really cares about you.

If you like a doctor who continually rolls his eyes at you and doesn't take your symptoms seriously, he's your guy!! I fully regret ever seeing him. He might actually be fairly good in his area of expertise, but his bedside manner is so poor I could care less. It's because of people like him I avoid going to doctors unless absolutely necessary and even then I'm hesitant. Just awful!!

I've seen Dr. Deloskey for decades. He's a good doctor; no complaints about him personally. Unfortunately, his administrative team is terrible. I'll spend my precious lunch time calling to get an appointment and the recording will tell you to call back when they're finished their lunch at a certain time. No other business can survive that way. I've been asked to return to discuss blood test results (which I could have done over the phone) and charged another visit fee. The final straw was a blemish on my credit report. I got a call from a collections agency, my first, and checked my credit. Lo and behold there was a red flag for Sinai Clinical Professionals, which after some detective work, I found was his office. I don't dispute the validity of the claim but I haven't seen Dr. Deloskey in some time, and received no late notices let alone notice of a collections agency involvement. There should be several before it's sent to collections, because a judge will ask what was done… to resolve the issue before it got to trial. I can deal with the inconvenience of the waiting but can't handle my doctor of a quarter century hurting my financial situation because of lazy administrative work. Hopefully he can get the business side in order, I would happily give him five stars if the visits were a professional experience.

I can get in when I need to, the Dr. is always prompt; I never wait long and out quickly. The Dr. spends as much time as needed to deal with issues follows up when needed. Diagnosis has been accurate; he lets me know if the malady under discussion has a specific or deductive diagnosis. He answers questions courteously and fully. Staff is courteous and helpful.

I've been seeing Dr Deloskey for years and have never been disappointed by his care.

No real follow up unless I request it. This doctor spends time listening, explaining and getting to know his patients. I highly recommend him.
