Dr. Albert Manuel Gutierrez, MD

Our baby girl was born with an undiagnosed heart defect due to DS. Dr. Gutierrez read her EKG while on his way back from vacation. He was able to tell us immediately that she’d need OHS to repair it, but that she was doing well enough to go home. We have seen him for multiple appointments before & after her OHS. I am so thankful to have such a great pediatric cardiologist so close to home.

I’ve seen Dr. Gutierrez for four years now with both of my children and he is wonderful. He’s thoughtful and well mannered. He’s quiet and good with children, but to the point and honest. I would absolutely recommend him to others. His nurses are great too!

Dr Gutierrez was wonderful with our newborn. He was extremely fast in his response to our pediatrician’s request for evaluation and our post-hospital follow up was almost immediate. He was kind, thoughtful, extremely knowledgeable and took his time explaining things to us and showing us images. He was careful to make sure all of our questions were answered. He even took into account our insurance needs when scheduling follow up (to be sure that we didn’t go into our next deductible year). He never rushed us which is so special these days. His staff was respectful and kind. Even when there was confusion on our appointment time, there was no chaos. They adjusted to our early arrival with kindness. This clinic and doc are doing it right. We feel lucky to be in the care of Dr Gutierrez.

WORST PEDIATRIC CARDIO DR EVER. Condescending, quickly jumps to conclusions without proper research, arrogant, doesn't seem to want to touch the children as he asks the parents to hold them the whole time. I heard he is a good surgeon so maybe he just should stick to that.

I can honestly say Dr Gutierrez is a caring person and loves what he does. He answers your questions accurately and at ease. But needless to say, the management there is somewhat rude and unorganized. All new faces there. What ever happened to the little black girl didn't mean to say it like that) she was good at what she did always seem to make my kid feel comfortable not to mention very quick. All I can say is they need to get it together this place need a makeover of office staff starting with office management.

don't miss your apt or they will make you feel like an awful parent. missed one apt and rescheduled it. my child had problems and they made it out to be our fault . seriously thinking of finding a new doc.

FIRST OF ALL, I would like to say that the doctor is nice and welcoming, but the ONLY ONE! The STAFF, on the other hand are totally different!!! TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT DISCRETION! A word to the wise: If you decide to apply for work here, expect to be interviewed and hired on the spot! Sounds great!-right??? NOT SO! Expect to be hired and fired WITHIN THE SAME WEEK. There is a 3 month probation period, but they really only give a few days to see if you are "Going to work out".One of the impatient and irritated staff members said I was about the 10th person she'd trained in a week!!! That is really bad management. Any other people out there been employed by them and has had a similar outcome??? Well, I know there are at least 10 out there! They made me feel like an idiot, even though they knew I had no previous experience! I was the only one with a smile, greeted everyone happily, and gave out candy to the kids. Very few staff were kind and the whole office was disorderly and frustrated… most of the time! Someone else should speak up like me! I was lead to believe I was given a chance to succeed in life all to be let go few days later...what a punch to the gut!

He does not have any bed side manners. Told me I can help my 4 year old wipe his chest are "whatever" after he was finished with the EKG! Was not happy with him at all. He is not friendly are easy to talk to. My child is 4 and was nervous already. Didn't make him feel safe are comfortable what so ever. Needless to say we are going else where.

Disrespectful, condescending, manipulative, and horrible bedside manner are just a few of the adjectives I would use to describe the above doctor. Dr. Gutierrez bullied and manipulated the situation in order to achieve his course of treatment. He never formed an appropriate therapeutic relationship and I was never given treatment options. His medical approach could be described as a dictatorship and if you disagree, he refuses to see your child. I have never had such an awful experience. I wouldnt recommend him to my worst enemy!Despite

I recently went see this doctor with my child who was having problems and he reviewed everything we had previously had done prior to the visit and was able to put a complete picture together and make us feel so much at ease. He was able to diagnosis my child without any difficulty after a long run of seeing many doctors for problems my child was having. We are so greatful for him taking the time to figure things out.
