Dr. Albert Zedric Holloway, MD

Dr. Holloway violated my daughter's privacy by asking about her condition in front of her brother. She is 15 and he is 16. He refuses to see them in separate rooms, so any issues either one is having is discussed in front of the other. He is breaking the law!

I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt multiple times but his bedside manner is severely lacking-my son says he’s just rude and I completely agree. I have now waited for a referral and appointment to be made with a specialist for over 2 months. At our last appointment Dr. H said he would not write a prescription until closer to time for school to start. I followed up last week (on the referral AGAIN and the script) but have not received a return call. I called the specialist yesterday (I’ve been told repeatedly that my son’s been referred) and was informed they do NOT have a referral.

As a African American female I like to take my kids to a black dr....BUT THIS MAN ISN'T IT!!! I changed drs when my kids were young thinking I was done dealing with this unethic excuse for a pediatrician but I had two sick babies (my great niece & great nephew ) this weekend & they refused care and wasn't slightly concerned with me calling the kids mom bc they closed n a hour. Poor excuse for a physician & just bc they have mainly Medicaid patients they shouldnt be provided good care?! Not mine n I won't take my dead dog for them to see, touch, look at, or diagnose anything!!!

I was in AL on a temp assignment and needed to take my child in for a sick visit. From what I could tell this facility is for urgent care only but that does not excuse the rudeness and incompetence of the front desk staff. Dr. Holloway's bedside manner is atrocious; he did not introduce himself to me until he had finished examining my son and it was clear that he had not bothered to read my son's medical history. Dr. Holloway's behaviored improved slightly when it was clear that my son was covered by a commercial insurance plan and that his office would be adequately compensated for the appointments. Sadly, the state of pediatric healthcare in Montgomery AL appears to below average and this type of care is likely the best you will find.

If u have a child, u want the best care possible for him/her. Dr. Holloway comes into the room, doesn't even give u eye contact & he was rough handling my child. Never will I refer him to anyone!!
