An appointment with Dr. Albert Ilyayev is not just a visit to the dentist . . . it’s an EXPERIENCE! You will be immediately impressed by the welcoming reception area and treatment rooms, which are contemporary in design and thoughtfully configured. The reception staff is attentive and engaging, and you’ve now settled yourself into one of those cushy upholstered chairs, in front of the TV. A staff member approaches and whisks you into one of the treatment rooms. Classical music is playing, and he asks you if you would like the chair massage turned on. What? My first visit was for a cleaning and x-rays, followed by another visit for a teeth whitening. The offices are meticulously maintained, and the equipment and technology are clearly cutting edge. I get comfortable, and Dr. Albert makes a welcoming appearance. Before you know it, the room is filled with no less than three staff members. Occasionally, another dentist is brought in for consultation. With his soft, gentle… manner, Dr. Albert instructs his team of their respective roles. It’s like dental triage. I’m surrounded, as though I’m the only patient in the office. All these people are here for me? And, I’m thinking, he’s firm and decisive as he directs his staff – yet so soft-spoken. Dr. Albert clearly values and respects his team . . . and they him. He is unassuming and kind, and has a warm and calming manner. I later ask the hygienist, “Is he really as nice as he seems?” She nods in affirmation. Dr. Ilyayev is also a teacher of dentistry; and he visibly brings that approach to his office staff and colleagues. The practice is a collaboration of talents. Dr. Ilyayev and his business partner, Dr. Benjamin, clearly take tremendous pride in the service they offer, with an eye on their patients’ overall health and well-being. Whether you are in need of a maintenance cleaning, dental implants or a cosmetic consultation, the professionals at Complete Smiles Dental offer an impressive level of personal care and attention.
