Dr Kramer is an excellent doctor, always spend time to listen to ones concern and give an answer that put your mind at ease

Dr. Kramer is a very competent Doctor. He Is very kind and takes the time to really listen to all of your concerns.He does not rush you at all. He is not an alarmist and is funny at times. He makes you feel very comfortable. Also very accommodating with appointments. I would highly recommend him to anyone with gastroenterology issues. ~Carol Weiss

I liked the doctor at first. He seemed thorough and concerned. However the second visit was the worst and left a traumatic experience to which I will never return. I suffer from IBS and after having a procedure done to help my fissure I became stressed and began eating poorly, causing my fissure to reopen. I was devastated that I had to go through this again but nonetheless I went to see him. At my most vulnerable moment while he examined my fissure, I explained my disappointment and the stress I was undergoing. He said coldly ' Stress? There are a lot of people going through worst in the world'. The assistant laughed as if what he said was funny. I understood that I should of made better choices but he had no right to talk to me in that way. Im a social worker so I'm fully aware of what people are going through and guess what? I'm the patient- not other people. I will not be returning.

I waited for a while in the waiting room. (~35 minutes). After seeing him it was worth the long wait. He spend a long time with me. He is just wonderful gentle man. He is very experienced and quickly diagnosed my problem. A colonoscopy was required which was scheduled promptly. He removed a few polyps and diagnosed me with ulcerative colitis. I am on therapy now and for the first time in many years I feel GREAT !. I recommend him to all my co-workers and my friends.

the office staff at this office is the worst i've ever dealt with. I recived a call from my primary doctor that my test was positive for a bacteria and should call dr kramer office for a pescription. Dr was on vaction so when i called i was told from the person anserwing phone that its not a emegency and to wait for my appoitment. As im not a doctor i was in shock and asked to speak to office manager, and i thought it couldnt get worse well talk about pure attitude so i demanded to speak to doctor on call. Office manger called me back and said he was to busy to talk to me and asked me why i was hostile, when someone who's job it is to take care of you blows you off makes you wonder if the doctor is any reflection on who he hires. Still have no medication and now no doctor to fix my propblem. If i did that in my job i would be fired... never use this office your life could depend on it

I was impressed by the fact that almost to the minute of scheduled appointment, I was seen by Dr. Kramer.He immediately put me at ease since my PCP was requesting a colonoscopy as a screen for colon cancer. Dr. Kramer gave me a choice of dates to do the procedure.
