Dr. Albert Pochen Lin, MD

The office is cheerless and drab, and not managed well as he is habitually late for appointments. Not friendly, does not look at you when he speaks to you, and is thoroughly full of himself. There are many, many eye doctors that are better than this man - stay away!

Dr. Lin is very no-nonsense and tell it like it is. I reject reviews he doesn't listen, is rude, etc. He's handling a complicated case with me of cataracts and glaucoma and is very kind, gentle, explains everything, and I believe is a great surgeon who takes his time with these intricate procedures. He doesn't sugar- coat anything, which I also like. I trust him completely.

This doctor was fine and polite many years ago. Not anymore. Our most recent visits has been getting worst. He was rude, refused to listen, and not willing to spend time caring patients. The doctor has little ethics. Would not recommend.

Not professional, not caring, his main word is " refused by patient" , no referral from me.

Every time before our appointment, the office would call and tell us our insurance had been cancled. We had to call the insurance compnay, and get a reference number to the staff so they can verify our BCBS insurance. Our other doctors office never has any problem. Their staff call us after our office visit, let us know our referral is expired. When I ask why do not they check the referral let us know before the visit, because insurance does not cover with out a referral. They said we never had a referral on file, which is a lie. I also get a letter from BCBS when referral is approved. The office staffs are careless, running around like chicken without head.
