Dr. Albert Gustave Lintel, MD

Office is the worst I have seen. Unorganized, untrained and unprofessional. Almost to the point of rude on top of giving wrong personal information to the wrong patient by phone and loosing records! How do you lose medical records these days?! I would like to see Dr Lintel move somewhere else so I could continue to use his services but his staff is not what you want in a medical facility.

It was very hard for me goning through the change of doctors with my past. My previous physician had been a life long friend, but my health came first. I have no insurance and the owner, Lori Milsap is a family friend also. ( I've worked in the medical field with most of these people for over 20 years.) They have given me professional courtesy discounts on every visit to the office and always try to get me in th dame day, if it is vital. On the very first visit, I was scared and dreaded repeating all that I had been through over again. I was diagnosed with ADD, depression, HBP, and have had 2 TIA's this year. Most doctors do not believe in meds for ADHD/ADD, but Dr. Lintel shared personal information about family members with it. I thought that was very classy and allowed me to win his trust. I HIGHLY suggest this excellent Physcian to anyone pediatric to geriatric! Kudo's to Westside Family Practice and expecially Dr. Lintel!!!
