Do not see this Doctor. He mis-diagnosed my mother and she passed away just a few days after he told her that there was nothing wrong. She had many serious symptoms and not one were addressed at her visit. Just 8 hours after seeing Dr Phan, my mother was diagnosed with pneumonia, a mass in her lungs and was severely septic. She was taken my ambulance and admitted to the ICU. Quite a different diagnosis when she was told that she was “long for this world” and was told to return for a Medicare Wellness Exam in one month. I sure hope that other patients are not treated in this manner. He should not be a practicing doctor
