Dr.Plaza in my humble opinion, as someone who have had a chronic neck problem & over the course of the years have had the unpleasant task of ferreting out a chiropractor who could put a stop and reverse on a worsening neck pain and spasms, I can attest to the fact that dr.plaza ranks as one of the best New York City greater area chiropractors by far!! I am a muscular man, and most chiropractors would find "adjusting" a guy like me a very unattainable task, this man rose up to the challenge and managed with maneuvering techniques "I humorously dubbed it the guillotine maneuver" to pinpoint deliver the "adjustment" to the into the corresponding trigger points in the cervical spine that immediately"unlocked" the spasming neck, sparing me pain medicine doctors,their extremely invasive and often damaging procedures as well as over medicating the pain without addressing the root cause of pain and imbalances of the cervical spine "neck" or the backbone and surrounding masses of… muscles..
