Dr. Albert Haine Quan, MD

Poor Service. Money minded clinic. Nurse said she will call back on something urgent and I never got call back ever. They don't respond to voicemails when I tried to reach out. About doctor Dr. Albert Quan, frankly hate to say anything like this but his English or his accent is hard to understand. It is related to my child health and I wanted to understand the plan he is explaining, so it was quite frustrating when we don't understand what doctor is saying first up all.

Dr. Quan is the best, very kind, positive, is one of the doctors you can see really care about his patients in any time, even if they are out the hospital.

Dr Quan is the BEST nephrologist we have ever taken our son to and he has seen nephrologist all of his life. He will take extra time and visit in the hospital at all hours to make sure his patient is doing well. How can I say enough about this man??? He has kept my son in good health when others did not seem to care to take time with us. We love him!!

Dr. Quan is absolutely wonderful.

This is the most caring and compassionate nephrologist one will find. He thinks outside of the box and is open-minded to helping with other medical issues as well. I would recommend him to anyone. Can't beat him, his staff, or the facility in which he operates. TOP NOTCH!

Dr.Quan is amazing he was headed out of town on vacation(the first he had scheduled in years we later learned from someone else) and stopped to come and consult on our critically ill newborn's care.Love him.

His staff is not the greatest and we are not satisfied with the follow-up. Other than that we are pretty satisfied with his care for my child. Spends time in explaining all the concerns during the appointment. Wait time is another thing that bothers us.

I don't understand why she is still employed there. He is fantastic, I could not ask for a better doctor, but she is incompetent.

We went into Dr Quan's office not knowing what to expect as we have never been referred to a pediatric specialist before. Dr Quan was patient, caring and made us feel that we were his top priority while we were in his office. I have already referred a friend to his office.

this so called doctor is not board certified in nephrology, he is incompetent, save your child find a board certified pediatric nephrologist. H has been seeing my granchild 8 mos., he is very very sick, will need dialysis soon. He ignored what was happening, and now dialysis soon, so I guess he is profit motivated, he can buy a new house with every child he gets on dialysis.
