Dr. Albert Razzetti

We recently moved to DeLand and feel blessed to have found Dr Razzetti. He and his office staff made us feel like we are important to them and not just a number. They take the time to answer questions, explain what is going on and listen to our concerns. We thought we had the best doctor in Connecticut but Dr Razzetti and his staff are the best!

Dr. Razzetti is always thorough and knowledgeable. He has always made sure that I know exactly what is going on and what I can do to improve my situation.

Good dr. New medical assistant is very immature. I've read other postings on this office on dr rausch site. All very true. The young medical assistants have no respect. Calling you by first name. Guess I'm old fashioned in that respect. Can't see dr if sick. U have to see a nurse practioner or be told to go to e r. Well why have a dr if he is not around when u need him. I was told I had to see some lady nurse practioner. When I said I will not see a woman I was told too bad and my only option was to go to e r. Which I did have to do. I am in my early 60s and feel there is a disrespect for older patients and definitely no confidentiality amongst the medical assistants.
