I had an appointment on day of my visit. When I arrived, the receptionist Jasmine said she had no appointment for me on that day, yet she sent a reminder the day prior to my appointment. Her name is Jasmine Hammond. (I still have the email reminder on file). Because of this, I had to wait quite awhile for the next available hygienist and dentist to see me. I think the folks at that office need to get their acts together. I was very disappointed as a first time patient.

I called about breaking off a tooth. I would be a new patientpatients in Erik They got me ib the next morning. Office was clean and RELAXING. All ther staff s very nice and very professional.. Ì

I just have a small complaint about the fact that I thought I would be getting my teeth cleaned the same day and didn't know I had to make another appointment for it. They were nice enough to get me in so I won't have to make an appointment. Otherwise, great staff and took the time to make sure I understood what needs to be done for my teeth!
