Dr. Albert Muhong Tsai, MD

I have seen Dr Tsai three times. He is thoughtful, kind and brilliant! I had seen three other knee surgeons in that practice and they were dismissive, talked down to me and had a God complex. I will continue getting Orthovisc injections until I decide to have him do knee replacement surgery

I had an enjoyable meeting with Dr. Tsai. He is very personable and informative. We discussed the results of an x-ray showing arthritis of my hip. He discussed how to relieve the pain with over-the-counter medications but says there is no cure for this. As he is a surgeon, he offers his services to replace the hip. It's a very common, successful type of surgery with 6 weeks recovery time. I am considering it.

Apparently his phone calls are way more important than helping a patient. it wasn’t surgery, so I feel like he just dismissed it. I did my part... ibuprofen... physical therapy everyday, but when he gets a phone call... “nothing I can do” and out the door. Meanwhile I’m still in pain. Very frustrating. Wasted my time. Back to square one.

Great new robot assisted knee replacement. It has been almost one year and I am so happy and grateful for the mobility and relief from pain! I really appreciate this caring and skilled doctor.

Dr. Tsai and the office in general are not friendl and are very abrupt. Dr. Tsai recently game me a shot in my knee. It was so painful, I thought I would pass out. He just left the room and didn't offer any assistance to me. I could barely walk. Whilte I have visited this office several times in the past, I will no longer do so. I have never been this dissatisfied with a physician or office staff.
