Thank goodness Florida has an EXCELLENT Physician/Kidney Specialist like Dr. Casaretto. We are beyond pleased and thankful with him as my physician. His YEARS of Experience, Kindness, Compassion, and Expertise in his field were so appreciated by me! I Definitely recommend him.

He is my Nephrologist and from Day 1 I was taken by his Professionalism in the medical field which you see far and few of these day's. He is Compassionate, Caring,and explains in detail what you have- how he will work with you to help you understand your disease and how he is going to help you "STAY" in the best possible health he can. He is Honest and Straight Forward and I could not ask for a better Dr. to help me while I am in last stage kidney failure and waiting for my 2nd. Transplant while on Dialysis......
