I found this practice via Google and initially spoke with Donna, the receptionist, who emailed me the new patient forms. I returned them promptly but had to call multiple times to speak with her (As she doesn't answer phone calls). I scheduled an appointment for 9 AM on October 14, though they usually open at 10. I even confirmed with Donna the week before. On the day of my appointment, I arrived early, but the office was closed. Despite knocking, ringing the bell, and calling, no one responded. Donna finally showed up at 9:30 but didn’t address the issue. She rudely offered to reschedule, speaking over me before slamming the partition shut. This was an awful experience with unprofessional staff.

Told the doctor I had experienced identity theft. He decided I was schizoaffective and imagining it. I later brought him a police report to prove it. This idiot did not even have the integrity to respond to me or change my medical record. And I have a lot more details.
