Dr. Alberto Sirven, MD

This doctor has terrible bed side manner. He was very rude to my sister over her PCOS diagnosis, she left the office in tears. I would not recommend this doctor to ANY woman seeking an OBGYN.

0 STARS IN MY BOOK!! This practice is insanely overrated! The staff is very rude and disrespectful and the Physicians do nothing to correct their inappropriate and unprofessional behavior. I waited three hours and when questioned twice and finally frustrated of their lack of concern for me having to get back to work! They terminated me from their practice for being "disruptive"! However, they failed to acknowledge the rudeness and dismissiveness of their staff. What's insane is several (well over 15 to be exact) reviews have the same complaints. I read where HIPAA is violated amongst other things. The issue is they have messed with the wrong patient. I currently work for an insurance company and have watched and noted their moves! A grievance will be filed against this practice and I am in a position where I can have their contract reviewed for termination for 2017! I am sorry but I can and will no longer tolerate the disrespect this practice portrays. At 30 weeks if you can… discharge a patient because of your unprofessional employees that says a lot about your character as a Physician and a place of business. I have had several incidences from them not properly completing my paper work in a timely and orderly fashion to meet my jobs deadline..to the office manager advising me that I don't pay for services based on my insurance. This is a predatory company and they will be investigated!! BEWARE it is NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR ENERGY TO BE DISRESPECTED OR DEVALUED! Go somewhere where you are treated as a valued patient and the time to treat you is reasonable!! I WILL ensure that what they do is STOPPED!! Other reviews show that they are notorious for termination patients near their due dates, rude staff and inappropriate handling of records and documents!! Let me say this!! When they go Low I will go high!! Wait for it West Kendall BECAUSE IT IS COMING!! I will post this review on every site that I can!! I hope you feel it was WORTH the termination!! The BBB will also be receiving a report!

Dr. Albert Sirven is truly the best obgyn in the industry. He is very professional , compassionate , and knowledgeable in the field. He delivered my baby and I would recommend him to family and friends.

After waiting over an hour and being charged my co-pay BEFORE my appointment to see another doctor at the practice, I was then told she was backed up and was given the option to see Dr. Sirven. Given that I had spent so much time waiting and Dr. Sirven, who I was sure is a reputable professional who respectably spent years in Med school and was practicing for a time, I was open to the option. I couldn't have had more than a rushed 10 minute conversation with the doctor in which he refused to do a follow up pap for reasons he justified with an App on his Iphone showing the "diagnosis for people within my age range". I respect a doctor's reasonings, but please do not pull out an App during my visit to justify your years of practice and education. Also, after providing records I BROUGHT with me the office, they could not administer the vaccine I had an appointment scheduled to receive. They wasted 2 hours of my time and charged me $75 to need to come back for an injection. Not Recommended

When I went to see the doctor he told me I had fibrous tissue in my uterus and it had to be removed immediately. My husband asked him what would you do if it was his wife. His answer: I will take care of it immediately. He made a mess and I ended up seeing another doctor that said my uterus was just fine and the removal was completely unnecessary. The doctor just wanted to collect the money from the insurance. What a doctor! He should have his license revoked.

My wife went to have a tube ligation and ended up with a hysterectomy, two surgeries and seven staples left inside her. It happens that he doesn't have malpractice insurance and could not be helped. In school, it will be an F grade. He is just money hungry. Make your own conclusions.
