Dr. Alberto R Vega, MD

Do not go see him! His office will treat you like a number instead of a person. They are very rude, prone to mistakes, and are most of all, terrible at communication (I once called to let them know I was running 5 min late to an appointment and I ended up on hold for 30 minutes [I wanted to see how long I would be on hold]… I was still on hold as I walked in the door) (they also failed to tell me my insurance didn’t accept a claim… I only learned this when I called the insurance for something else). They were also very rude to my elderly mother when she came in for an examination. I gave him a chance because he was competent as a doctor. I drew the line when I politely voiced my displeasure for a very serious mistake the office made and instead of own up to it, Dr. Vega deflected and insinuated I was a drug dealer.

Dr Vega is a kind and patient doctor. He keeps his appointments in an extremely punctual fashion and is unhurried and thorough during your appointment. I have and will continue to highly recommend this fine physician whenever the occasion arises.

Dr. Vega is personable, caring, and very willing to answer my questions. Also, there was almost no wait time, so I was very happy about that as well.

very POOR DOCTOR always keeps asking he same question and forget who he send you to love to always have you go for test and test which are not needed very bad DOCTOR I would never tell anyone to go to him long wait and too many test not needed but with HMO he gets paid so money is more important to him then the patient I will never go back to him again
