Dr. Alberto Francisco Vera, MD

Dr. Vera is a down to earth doctor and we do appreciate the way he treats his patients when he is with them. Since he moved his practrice out of the Goodlet Frank address it has been very very difficult to get appointments - no one ever takes your calls and you are talking to an answering machine and no one ever returns your call - same about asking for prescription to be refilled which is terribly annoying. And to top it all most of the addresses listed on the net are not longer up to date. We thought of Dr. Vera being a very caring doctor, but lately how patients are being treated if they want to see him is not acceptable. When back in Naples this fall we will regretfully have to search for another family doctor if the above has not improved.

Dr. Vera is pleasant but it has been very frustrating to get his office to return calls even when I was not able to control my blood pressure. Also, every time I need my prescriptions refilled I have to call multiple times and they are never called in on time. Not a good choice of internist if you need a doctor to respond to your needs on time.

Great doctor, very knowledgeable, listens to problems and always knows the right solution.

I wish I found him sooner. Dr. Vera has always done everything in his power and more to help me. He turns the feeling of a doctor visit into time spent with a trusted soul. He is without a doubt, the best and most genuine doctor you will find in the entire state of Florida. If you are wanting a doctor that truthfully cares about you and your well being, look no further.

Make appointment that don’t make sense

My wife and I we move to Naples seven years ago and met Doctor R. Vera the thing that we realize about doctor Alberto Vera: my wife and I he treats us like family... he takes his time to listen to your problems and we notice that this is the kind doctor that he is when it comes to his patients HUM...

8 years ago after moving to naples I had a TIA and my pacemaker stopped working . During my three was in hospital dr Vera was the dr who oversaw my care. He explained everything to me and was patient and caring. 4 years later I needed a primary dr. I remembered dr Vera I looked him up and he has been dr to both my husband and myself. He is a knowledgeable and compassionate. MJQ
