As a colleague I can say Dr. Arpaia is equivocally the smartest internist I have encountered. Thorough and well read he is also able to work out a care plan that works for the individual. As a retired physician I have no reservations referring family and friends to him. Great doctor

My dad has moved to SI and we live in South Jersey. Dr. Arpaia has been there for my dad. He is kind considerate and always asks if he needs to call us regarding his care. Glad to have found the doctor! Referring all are friends in the area!

Dr. Arpaia has been there for me. Reliable and honest he has taken me through an odyssey regarding my health and never wavered. after seeing countless specialists he has guided me to the right diagnosis and specialists and i am now finally receiving the care I need.

Could not be happier with Dr. Arpaia. After moving to the area from out of state he has been a very pleasant surprise. On par with many specialists I see he goes beyond in explaining matters that my specialists don't seem to have time to. An exceptional doctor with a devoted clientele- apparent from sitting and chatting with his patients.

I have been to nps,pas and mds that have been in a rush, not attentive and often lacking in real detail / knowledge. This doctor has the all the tools and then some. Very happy to have met him and be under his care. My family will be seeing him soon too!

I have to say that Dr. Arpaia and his staff are a pleasure to deal with. Over the past several months my mothers health has declined and I have had to reach out to the office more than usual. Dr. Arpaia has always had the time and the expertise to help mom through her issues. I could not say more about him and his staff.
