Life can be overwhelming to navigate at times and sometimes our previous ways of coping simply are not enough for us anymore. I strive to collaborate with patients to help them better understand how their current ways of interacting with themselves and others impact their daily lives. My work with patients focuses on helping you understand your body and mind better and helping rebuild trust in yourself as you learn new skills to move forward.
My work with patients focuses on interpersonal connections as well as the mind-body connection. I approach my work with patients from a compassionate, trauma informed lens. I enjoy working with all patients but have speciality training in trauma, perinatal mental health, anxiety, depression, chronic pain & illness, and insomnia.
