Worst Doctor ever!!!! Don't go to him! I had to wait over 2 months to get in then the front office not nice nor helpful. On the day of the appointment about 20 minutes before I was to arrive they called and asked for insurance to verify which I tried to give them at the time I made the appointment. When we got to see the doctor he didn't make any eye contact with us nor did he even give my son his physical which was the reason we went to him in the first place. We saw him for about 5 minutes. I called our insurance to dispute the charges and to have the provider rep do a follow up on him.

I have 5 children all grown up now, but took my granddaughter to this Dr. It was the worst experience ever. He is rude, can't think outside his everyday verbage. Does not look at you at all and doesn't answer your questions because he cuts you off in the middle of your question. I don't know where he studied but with the money he makes I suggest he take some lessons in manner, etiquette and professional courtesy. Well somethings can't be bought I guess and this man is far from being a decent Dr.

Dr. Bautista was not thorough with my daughters 15 month check up. He disregarded all my questions and spends less than 10 minutes with us. I had multiple questions and none of them where answered as he left the room and just said to make an appointment for her 18 month check up. I do not recommend this pediatrician to any parent particularly new parents. Office staff was very nice and helpful but does not make up for the Dr. Baytista's rudeness.

Unkind, rude, ignorant and arrogant: all this adjectives can be applied to this doctor. But the worst part is that he prescribed the wrong medication to our kid and thanks God we found out.

my little one has always had a fear of doctors. Dr. Bautista made him feel so comfortable right from the get go. My child has a slight developmental delay and the doctor suggested a treatment that has been doing wonders for his learning and his ability to focus. We are AMAZED at his progress! The office is clean and orderly, and the staff are so polite and efficient. After going to this Dr. I cant ever see taking my son anywhere else
