Great with patients and takes his time to hear you out. Staff is pleasant, but you can never get them to answer the phone. I called 2 days straight without anyone answering, the last call I waited almost 30 minutes and hung up. Otherwise its enjoyable

My father has been seeing Dr Fuentes since I can remember maybe about 20 years. Today he came in distress feeling fatigue, nausea, shortness of breath. We were asked to take a seat that Dr Fuentes needed to take his lunch first then once he was done he could see him. There is absolutely no compassion or empathy from the staff or doctor.

He takes whatever time is needed to understand the problems and needs of the patient. Sometimes you may have to wait awhile but remember he will take time with you too. If you need a specialist, he doesn't hesitate to refer you to one. He cares about your comfort, disability, or illness at hand and works with you to obtain the needed treatment. The wait time varies according to the schedule of the day and the needs of the patients.
