Excellent and sweet Doctor

Doctor is very good and professional. Staff ( front desk lady specially) is sometimes very rude and not willing to help patience with documentation etc. I needed a copy of vaccination records for school , she told me I HAD to stop by no other choice because the DID NOT HAVE EMAILS ( really 2017 and this office doesn't have emails?) Also another comment on this office is that they do not enforce the SICK CHILD, NO SICK child rooms. Everybody sits were they want , so beware if you are going for a routine check up you may be sitting with a sick child appointment .

Horrible with insurance authorization but ok with everything else Diane needs a better attitude

Mr. Martinez has been my daughters Natalie doctor for more than 15 years and my son for 6 and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a pediatrician. My sister has 2 kids and is also going to Dr. Martinez. After she looked at other Doctors she finally settled with him. He also speaks spanish and is my kids and nephews have always loved going to see their doctor.

Dr. Martinez its a great Doctor! He has seen my 3 1/2 year old son since he was born. He has always been very caring and has always given me excellent service. I would recommend him without hesitatation. He is a very good caring doctor.

We have been visiting Dr. Martinez since our daughter was born. He was actually referred to me by a nurse in our hospital that was caring for our little girl. In short, Dr. Martinez is charismatic, approachable and overall great at what he does. Of course, like every other mother out there I would probably want a bit more of attention from our pediatrician and him to be more hands on (at times.) His nurse, on the other hand, is lacking on people skills and patience. Unfortunately, she is the one who administers all the vaccines and I really wish that doctor himself would do this. She always seems rushed and once our daughter was crying frantically and while trying to calm her down she was actually bothered by this and even gave us a smart remark. Neither my husband nor I really like his nurse, but we like the doctor so much and my husband feels very comfortable with him so we will stay. His office staff is nice and to the pointthe lady by the window who I always see by a… computer is not much for small talk, I do wish they were more talkative and friendlier but they get the job done and quickly.
