Terrible Doctor. Kept telling me I had arthritis in my foot for 3 years. Never ordered any tests just prescribed pills that were expensive. Finally went to a podiatrist and found out thru MRI that I have 3 hairline fractures in my foot. Thanks for causing me unnecessary pain for years and not helping me.

So happy to have located this doctor. The office staff is kind and the physician is pleasant. The doctor adds humor and brightened my day. Patients that are faced with a lifelong illness can often let the illness affect their mood. Dr. R reminded me to take time to find the humor in life. My illness, although chronic, is treatable and life is still worth living.

Great Doctor! I mean he takes his time and really listens to your complaints and always finds a solution with empathy but the office staff is absolutely horrible. Sometimes that’s all it takes for Doctors to loose credibility and patients because the office staff is who you see first. They don’t call you back when promised. They almost never pick up the phone. I’ve seen them not pick up the phone while I was at the office and they had nothing to do. If they ever answer the phone they put you on hold for so long that the call just drops on it’s own and you have to call back. I mean this is a Doctor’s office, it’s sick people calling. They need to take things a little more seriously. They need to change office staff very quickly or the Doctors will loose business.

What kind of Dr leaves his Patients of having for yrss & doesn't tell us that he's moving to the Steward area to practice then just leaves & him being my Reg physician Ann's rheumatologist very sad dissatisfied

He took my records and refuses to give them to me he was my doctor for one year he is the worst Doctor ever and his office is terrible

Love this guy! Great doc, knowledgeable and caring.

I thought when I changed my insurance and had to change Doctors that I would be at the mercy of the insurance company. Well reading reviews on line and persistence led me to this man. He does not usually do General Practice but was recently accepting new patients. Blows my old ARNP (thats all I ever saw) away. Spent time, was patient and empathetic. That was my first visit but it was great. On new therapies and am very encouraged xx

Dr Rivera was very thorough. Actually got in 10 minutes before my appointment. Staff was friendly & efficient. He is caring & friendly as well. Would definitely recommend him.
