Dr. Alejandro Rocha JR., DO

Took care to insure I knew the whole process.

Dr. Alejandro Rocha has provided stellar healthcare for myself and my family for almost 5 years. We are very grateful to him and his staff for the level of quality care we have received at every single one of our visits. Dr. Rocha is attentive, respectful, and knowledgeable. We and the many satisfied patients that really can recognize a caring physician are very fortunate to have him practicing here in El Paso.

I don't think I have seen a worse bedside manner. This guy didnt seem to give a darn about anything I said. I asked for a complete physical. He sat in a chair and yawned the whole time I talked, then looked in my ear with a light. That's it! Seemed arrogant and smug. The he gets up and walks out...no good bye, we're finished, nothing. Horrible.

I saw this guy a couple of times several years ago. He was inattentive and seemed distracted. Impatient and did not listen. Had made up his mind before I was even finished telling him everything I thought important. Arrogant and not willing to be wrong. Looking up an answer on the web would be better than seeing this guy. Apparently, anybody can be a doctor now.

Wonderful person, great doctor. Clinic venue does not lend itself towards better patient/doctor relationship. Staff seems to be overworked. Staff members often fail to call back and to give doctor messages.
