Aleksandr Kagan, DO

I am a new patient of Dr. Kagan. The registration process was simple and easy to complete. The employees at the front desk were friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated the spacious waiting areas. Lorrie greeted me before my scheduled appointment time and was kind and patient with me during the picture taking and test of my vision and eye pressures. Lorrie also prepared the exam room by sanitizing the equipment and listened intently as I explained my history with my previous health care provider. Dr. Kagan impressed me as a knowledgeable, gentle, and caring Doctor. He allowed me to ask questions and took time to make sure I understood his answers. He explained completely his plan to provide the healthcare needed to preserve my vision and the flexibility in his plan. He earned my trust and performed an eye injection during this first visit. He has a very gentle touch and I felt no discomfort during the procedure or 24 hours after. I am very grateful for Dr. Kagan, Lorrie,… and Sarah for their professionalism and caring attitudes. I look forward to being a long term patient.

Dr. Kagan is wonderful! I feel comfortable when I have my appointment with him. He explains issues where I can throughly understand and what I need to do. I throughly trust him and am glad I have him as a doctor. Springfield clinic is lucky to have him. Check in time is fast and efficient. Never seem to wait to be call back more than 5 minutes!
