He is a very good nonsense Dr and very straight forward and explains what is causing you pain, He gave me options for my treatment and let it be my choice. After being hospitalized with severe pain, I told him that the pain medication was helping, but I wanted the epidural and use the pills less frequently. I had the epidural today. He explained everything as he did the procedure. It was over in a few minutes without any pain, just pressure, After the procedure was over, they set me in a room where he came in and talked to me. I would recommend him to anyone. He was kind and not rude at all as I have seen in other reviews

DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILTY FOR CARE! Dr. Aleksandr Mikhaylovskiy is the rudest physician I have ever seen. I am very regretful I made the appointment. The front desk staff were wonderful (The two girls) and very nice but this physician should NOT be practicing and the way he treated me borders on malpractice. Please take every negative review to heart and stay away from this man.

Have been seeing Dr Mik for a dood decade. Great at what he does. Rhizotomies, epidurals, SI injections, facet blocks, etc. I have had it all. Last epidural was in Feb 23 after I had been suffering from the worst sciatica I have ever had. Now the leg has been almost pain free for a month. He is a no bs doctor and is terrific as far as managing by IPS with injections and medication management.

Avoid him at all costs!! So rude, 5 1/2 surgery, 2 days later, “you’re not in any pain “! F you!! You shouldn’t be allowed to practice medicine, if that’s what you think you’re doing!!

This price made me wait a month and half for an appointment upon walking in I waited 1 hrs finally taken in room. From there it all went wrong this man walks in with his evil attitude says with my permanent condition I'm not in pain , meanwhile I've been in ERfor the past 5 days leading up to appointment and after. He stressed me out made my condition worse due to stress of his presence. He has no clue on the condition he was trying to scold me about. He has no idea of what pain I suffer . Told him truth he tries to get tough with me saying don't lie ill know.well guess what price I didn't lie it's all in my records,how dare you. Then let's get to his favorite line at the 3mins he gave me oh yeah he says tell me why I should care about you cause I don't. Wow great doctor NOT... WELL I RECORDED THE WHOLE VISIT AS EVIDENCE AND IM PURSUING THIS TO THIS FULLEST. YOU SCREWED UP DOC NOW IM SUEING YOU.

I was referred to this guy from my pcp. He was rude the first app. Then the next time i went he was very rude and nasty again and told me to leave the office cause i told him the meds he gave me ( meloxicam) wasnt working. Told me i was t o hard to work with. Also the physical therapist i went to said he heard nothing but bad things about the guy. I dont know how he has a license and dont know. how he's been a doctor for 33 years. He's a real ignorant person.

This doctor is a complete animal. I was recommended to another doctor in the practice after suffering for years with chronic neck pain after 2 vertebral artery dissections. But I had the misfortune of getting stuck with Dr. Mikhaylovskiy., I received nothing but hostility and skepticism within the first 5 minutes of my appointment. I was told I'm not actually in any pain, that all pain is subjective, that I'm completely fine and that it's all in my head. I was told that I can't be helped because there's nothing wrong with me, that I can't be in pain because I am going to work, and that I can't be in severe pain because I was able to come to the appointment and not be in the ER. This fool should have his license revoked. I have a lot of medical problems from past issues but I have never run in to such a rude, condescending, horrible doctor in all of my life. I came for treatment and received nothing but a bad attitude. I ended up walking out of the appointment since this doctor was not… interested in listening or helping me. The office refused to refund my appointment. All of these negative reviews on this site are EXACTLY what I experienced at my appointment.

This Doctor has No business putting his hands on Patients. He is an Abusive & Cruel man he is Accusatory & Judgmental without Justification.
