Dr. Aleksandra Wilanowski, MD

Had to wait long periods of time in the waiting room. Called to make appointment several times, and my phone calls were never returned. I ended up having to find a new doctor, and went without needed medications for two months. The office staff was very rude.

Always helpful and caring. Staff is polite and respectful. Easy to talk to with. Short wait time. Is also a neurologist. Very thorough. Reviews all records so care is consistent. Follows through on lab results. Very professional and experienced.

Dr Wilanowski and her staff are very caring and professional. She has always spent plenty of time with me and never has made me feel as if she were in a hurry. She usually has some piece of advice that is so helpful, that I look forward to my next appointment.

willing to violate dr-patient confidentiality to others. doesn't know how to accurately bill insurance company. does know her meds. will discharge you as a patient if she doesn't like your attitude w/o any referrals or contingent meds to hold you over until you're able to find a new doctor. I highly DO NOT recommend.

Poor listener, made repeated false assumptions about new patient; Very unprofessional in her manner; extremely defensive when adolescent patient did not trust or respond to her. The worst encounter our family has EVER had with a mental health professional. Do not recommend her at all.
