He is now in LIMA and yep I followed.. Best doctor I've ever had . Takes the time to explain, makes sure I understand, and to me this means alot as I was born and bred a hillbilly lol. So he breaks it down into terms I understand. Every treatment I've ever recieved from him has done wonders for me. As for the negative reviews, this man is a good man, but he does not play! If he you're trying to pull one Over on him it won't happen!

Dr Prok is now in Lima, Ohio. He treated me from the time he came to Marion until he left I loved him! I just read a massive massive amount of negative reviews of this new Dr Lewis and it terrifies me!

Helped me out 5 years ago with a tailbone issue. He’s a wonderful doctor and now I’m told he is no longer with Marion. Have other issues now wish I knew where he is located . Any one know ?

Best pain doctor I ever had. I wish I knew where he went. He don't play. He makes sure you do what you supposed to and he doesn't put up with any bullcrap. So if you go in and you think you're going to lie, don't do it. He's a good man. He's for real

Best care I have ever had. A former neighbor tells the opposite but only because Dr. Prok told her he sees no reason for her pain as she wouldn't get an Xrays or an MRI done to prove it. He is very careful about going by the rules while still being compassionate and professional. I look forward to my visits with Dr. Prok because he truly cares. A proud family man, he often gushes over his beautiful wife and children while I also brag about mine. If I ever moved out of state, I would fly back for all appointments with him. All doctors should take a lesson from Dr. Prok. By the way, he's very attractive but he doesn't realize it.

I really like Dr Prok and would follow his practice if he went somewhere else

Do not see this Dr he is terrible. If you are in pain and call after hours he WILL NOT call back and then Drop you the next day as a patient because he feels like he don't have to care for his patients......TERRIBLE Doctor.!! Find another Pain doctor pain is bad to deal with but a bad doctor is worse.

I think Dr. Prok and his staff are wonderful! All show concern to your needs and make you feel important!

I've waited for my meds twice now, in 4 months of seeing him. Doesn't seem to care about getting things done, when it should be

The best staff ever Paige is so nice to you over the phone and in person Bobbie Jo is nice and understanding. Dr Prok is kind and he will listen to your concern and yes Dr Prok u do Rock lol
