Dr. Aleli Casino Masajo, MD

First I will start with, the Dr. is fine, and a nice lady named Natalie is super nice no issue with either of them, but unfortunately to see the doctor you have to go though the other staff. When you call they are terrible, unfriendly, and most the time act like you are putting them out to do their job. Then there is their payment issues. So even if you have insurance they do not check to see what your insurance covers/negotiated price, everyone pays $100.00. So then when your insurance does pay/or the negotiated price you should pay, you either need to call them and ask them to refund you the extra money you paid or it can be just credit. I don't mind paying what I need to pay but when I asked why I keep paying $100.00 for a visit yet my insurance says I should only pay X$$ amount until my deductible was meet, they told me they are too busy to call ahead of appointments to see what insurance covers.

The Pleasanton office is dirty, with rude staff. Each time we have gone we see a different person, and they contradict each other. If you can go somewhere else.

I was able to reach Dr. Masajo on early Sunday morning. She was happy to help and she called me to follow up on my child's condition for the next couple of days. When I call the office they are usually appe to set an appointment for the same day or next morning. I would recommend this doctor.

The staff was really friendly. They took their time to talk to me about where my children stood based on their age (puberty :/ yeah) as well as addressed them, age appropriately about it. I just moved into town and finding this doctor was a blessing.
