They are only after your money!! And if you don’t go with the dental plan they assign you, they get upset. His family member does the billing and if you choose something cheaper or ask for codes to compare she gets upset and tells him. They do not make you feel comfortable. SCAM SCAM SCAM! It’s sad.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! That is how I describe my experience with Dental Center of Redondo Beach! They overcharge and "padded" my bill. The dentist yelled at his hygienst and his office Manager/Biller (who happens to be his Sister) multiple times in front of me. The dentist and hygientist both, were very rough with my mouth during my procedures. One simple root canal was 4 visits total just to complete and cost $1000 with great insurance. I questioned the charges and it turns out they bill for services that are not covered by my insurance. I have had a root canal before (elsewhere) and never experienced anything like this. I was left with an extrememely sore mouth and an empty pocketbook! They are a scam!

Terrible. This guy will sell you a used car if you let him. He told me I needed a "deep cleaning" and when I asked for a regular cleaning, he said he "couldn't touch me". Right. I refused and went to another dentist who gladly gave me a regular cleaning and saw no need for this "deep cleaning" scam. That's unscrupulous dentist code for "you're not paying enough with regular procedures". As if I weren't uncomfortable enough, he also yelled at his dental hygienist in front of me. Awkward.
