I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety and especially enjoy helping individuals and families through transitions in life. I have spent several years working with families around caregiver support, dementia, and care management helping families navigate complex systems.
My counseling style is to utilize a strengths based prospective, CBT, motivational interviewing and most importantly, meeting clients where they are.
I like to set small, attainable goals with clients. I like to search for the positives.
