Went to get a referral for an endocrinologist for pcos symptoms a18 years of suffering. She mocked me, laughed at me. Told me they won’t see me for delusional symptoms. Told me it doesn’t look like I workout when my iwatch records everything. I’m 130 some pounds at 5’2”. I have pcos n still in shape but she can’t say she’s in shape at all. She had her nurse say “coming to get some things ruled out today” when she was rooming me. No when I made the appointment I said a referral to an Endo for pcos symptoms for 18 years. She ripped the blood pressure cuff off. I did get the referral n in fact was diagnosed with PCOS!!!!!! There are other reviews from women who had the same experience with Alessandra for the same diagnosis.

She missed my son's scoliosis. We miss the statute of limitations to sue her because my husband had cancer.

Dr. Gadsby, has been my physician for many years now! She listens and cares about her patients and really gets to know them, and understands that not everyone's the same! Dr. Gadsby, by far outranks any physician close to the area, by far! She's always smiling and extremely knowledgeable!
