Dr. Aleta Vivienne Clark, MD

DR.ALETHA CLARK IS AN EXCELLENT PEDIATRICIAN.

Dr. Clark has been our pediatrician for our girls (age 14 and 12) over 10 years. She is very professional, very direct (she prefers speaking directly to our kids before speaking with the parent), and very caring (she followed up with us in the hospital after a procedure that she did not even do). She has intelligent conversations with kids and parents, and never condescends.

This office is very disorganized and feels like you are waiting in line at the post office. Dirty waiting room.

Dr. Clark was very knowledgeable. She knew the answer to every question that i asked of her. Her answers to each of my questions were in depth and complete(i was left with a full understanding of what i originally knew very little about). It was a pleasure having her as a Doctor.

Dr. Clark is rude to patients and often made us wait 2+ hours to see her even with an appointment.

She is awful. I took my son to her practice and had to see her because no other doc was available. Now I know why she had openings. She walked in the room looking annoyed that she had to see us? Very strange. Then she barely made eye contact. She was rude in giving me (mom) instructions on how to help her weigh my son. Her nurse was rude too. She asked a stereotypical question about my son and was completely wrong. It was as if she was making assumptions because I am a minority (and she is too!).. even though I was dressed in a suit. It wasn't until I told her that my sister was also a pediatrician who trained at the same schools she did, that she tried to halfway appear as if she cared. She doesn't. Don't waste your time. Find a doc who cares about your child and about customer service. Oh, and her nurse was rude too.
