during my recent Emergency Department visit on July 2nd. When the discharging physician began his shift, I informed him that I still could not feel my feet and that my symptoms had not improved. Despite this, he stated there was nothing more the hospital could do because my test results were "normal" and discharged me. After reviewing my discharge paperwork, I noticed several laboratory values that were outside the normal range. These abnormal results were never discussed or addressed, leaving me with unanswered questions about my condition. I felt my concerns were dismissed and that my evaluation was incomplete. Being discharged while I continued to experience numbness in my feet without a clear explanation or discussion of my abnormal results did not reflect the level of care I expected. I respectfully request that the hospital review my Emergency Department visit, including whether my ongoing symptoms and abnormal test results were appropriately evaluated before I was… discharged.

If you can help it, do not be seen by Dr. Alex Alanis. He did not resolve my problem in the ER and only touched me when I requested it. Terrible ED service!
