Dr. Alex Alonso, MD

This review is for Dr. Alonso's other business Life Radiology. I am leaving a poor review because he is the president/owner of the facility and unfortunately he and his wife Ivon employed incompetent staff to deliver negligent customer service to patients and their families. They have been opened for one year and when you call the center, they answer as Doral Radiology. Very strange indeed. Do not bother scheduling an appointment there. If you have time to waste and enjoy mediocre customer service with a touch of arrogance, then by all means go there. My mother in law had by far the worst experience and the tech did not care that she was elderly and disabled. That facility does not deserve your business and does not care about their patients' well being. Horrible customer service and parking is atrocious! My mother in law did not want to contact management so I am her voice. Do not go to Life Radiology in Doral; you will regret that you ever did!
