He made my wife cry. for no reason.

In all fairness, Dr Birman provides comprehensive gynecological and obstetric care that is appreciable and comprehensive. However, the doctor seems to mainly see his patients through a monetary lens. Dr Birman does not seem to care about nurturing a healthy patient-provider relationship. Last time , I was at his office and was treated disrespectfully by his staff due to a small remaining balance I have already pledged to pay off following my last surgery and towards which I had faithfully made several installment payments. On that day, he walked into the examining/procedure room disgruntled and irate , and could not even acknowledge my presence. More importantly, he even forgot to check my surgical wound for which the appointment was scheduled. I had to remind him of that at the last minute before his hurried exit. In short, it was an act that I thought was unethical, irreverent, and which I characterize as a dereliction of duty. I once had a good opinion of that doctor until that day… when he actually showed his true colors.

Dr. Birman made me feel very uncomfortable. He judges by the type of insurance one carries and bills for unnecessary tests. Exam is painful as well.

Doctor Birman is ver nice, and makes you feel very comfort... he would have gotten 4 stars but its very hard to get appointment due to his office staff, so thats upseting
