Dr. Alexandru Constantinescu, MD

We consulted Dr. Constantinescu to review the progress of a kidney condition for our 2 year old son. He prescribed an ultrasound and told us that we will have a call once he receives the results. We did not hear from him in weeks and then found out that he head left for a 3-week vacation. After we received access to the app (weeks later) with the results, we could see that he had added a note saying that the result is 'severe'. I immediately called the office and requested a video consultation asap. On the Telehealth appointment, he used his phone and tried to explain the results, showing us the monitor of his computer, which was very hard to follow. And he explained that the results is not 'severe', but 'moderate'. When we asked him what made him change his mind, he answered that the results can be interpreted several ways. So, we ended up with over USD 2000 in medical bills and no result that we can trust. And we took our son to another doctor to do this all over again.
